By accessing or playing Brakeless (the "Game") on this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, simply don't use the site — no hard feelings.

1. License to play

You are granted a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game in your web browser. The Game, including its code, graphics, audio and name, remains the property of its author and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or re-host the Game or substantial parts of it without permission.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the website;
• scrape or republish the site's content as your own;
• use automated tools to interact with the Game in ways designed to defraud advertising systems;
• submit forged, automated or manipulated scores to the leaderboard, or otherwise interfere with fair competition.

2a. Leaderboard accounts

Playing requires no account. If you sign in to take part in the global leaderboard, you agree to pick a driver name that is not offensive, impersonating or misleading. We may remove scores, rename entries, or suspend leaderboard access where we reasonably believe scores were not achieved by normal play or a name breaks these rules. Leaderboard data is stored on our server as described in the Privacy Policy; you can delete your account at any time from the in-game SCORES screen.

3. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Local progress (best distance, unlocked items, settings) is stored in your own browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data; we cannot recover it. The leaderboard service may be changed, interrupted, or reset (it resets weekly by design) at any time.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game or this website.

5. Advertising

The website may display advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out of personalization.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
